I believe that’s also how they define it officially.
I always defined hybrid as where an effect overlaps two colors, not a combination of two off color effects. It doesn’t matter how under or overcosted the effect is, Green does not get exile.
I disagree. flicker effects are white and +1/+1 effects are green. Since both effets on this card are overcosted and underpowered it is certainly plausible for this to by hybrid

Green fits with +1+1 counters. I’d say this is very GW. Instead of duel mana, I’d just make it GW cost.
