Yeah, i suppose. But, if you only ever had a short-term goal in mind, say lose enough pounds to fit into this new dress/suit in time for your High School Reunion, and you accomplish said goal then i’d call that a successful diet.
it’s doomed to fail, because diets can’t last forever. after they “work” people end up making back the weight they lost, and more.
you’re basically trying to convince your body it doesn’t need to store up fat, by starving yourself.
I’m positive i’ve seen one or two diets work successfully. It may not be easy but it shouldn’t be impossible and thus doomed to fail.

eyes on what target? the salad? twilight’s the only one looking at her prize, and it’s a pretty sucky prize. eyes on the prize kind of implies the person looking actually wants what they’re looking at.

I almost never use dressing, but actually salad dressing is good for losing weight. just get a dressing that doesn’t have a lot of sugar in it. oil and vinegar and such. the oil will satisfy your body’s hunger, while making it easy to get a bunch of vitamins and fiber in the tasty greens.
it’s sure a lot healthier than getting your calories from noodles or white rice.
