They competed to see who could replicate each other better.
Some store was selling them and they decided to buy one for each other.
They’re You Do Dolls!
They had a fight and Tank and Angel got those to remind them of their friendship.
2 pegasi are cosplaying and playing with plushies at the same time.
Plushies are fun!
They’re real life fillies who look just like their friends.

But my personal favorite, they love each other and think their opposite plushies are cute!
