Ah, I love art from obscure artists. They appeared, made some decent art, and vanish without a trace. They become relics of the internet, and I can’t stop wondering what happened to them. Did they not feel accomplished, did they achive their purpose with their account, did they move on with life, or did they die? Regardless, art is the only evidence of their existence.
AI is being used more commonly, so to me, it makes me appreciate every single piece of art work made in the past, because I can imagine someone spending hours of looking through references and drawing. Online work like this is, and other formats, are fossilized creativity. There’s an endless sea of art laying dormant in the servers, and every piece deserves a spot in the lime light at least once.
