It would be kind of cute to see Rainbow Dash in the rain, wouldn’t it? Maybe it’s just me cause she has “Rain” in her name, and the pony was already in the rain at least twice (both in episodes with Rarity’s name in the title).

Though, there probably have been Mondays where she has run through the rain.
 
As for Fluttershy, she was probably chasing that bird for quite some time, and I estimate she caught it right as the rain ended. She probably spent enough time in the sun to not be dripping, but still not dry off completely, and her hair being messed up from the chase, evidently going through trees or bushes, is sufficient to show her Monday didn’t go smoothly either.

Dash looks completely dry, so yeah. She probably waited until the last second and dashed to school.
 
Rarity probably was drying her hair before we saw her.
 
As for Fluttershy, I have no idea what to make of the mess she is.

Well, not Applejack it seems, she probably got a ride and arrived after the rain ended. MAYBE not Rainbow Dash either, she was running so fast she could have started as soon as the sun was out (correct me if I’m wrong there, because I’ve heard many comments saying she would have been in the rain).
