I think it’s good to take a walk AFTER eating. Not to walk WHILE eating.

Yes, but not straight after eating. You should give your body about two hours after a meal before heavy exercise, and never eat while you’re exercising.
On the other hand, you are right. You should at least go for a long walk each day to keep your gut working and healthy.
Isn’t it good to walk for digestion? Ive always been told it helps if you keep moving.
