“I can’t Sombra, I can’t just be with you again after all that had happen” Luna heaved an unsteady sigh.
 
“I understand but~~” Sombra was cut short by Luna as her face turned into a frantic expression.
 
“How am I going to trust you after all of that mayhem, what if you turned to the dark arts again!~~…what if I lose you again?” Luna’s breath began to stagger her eyes began to blur, but she still had to keep it together.
 
Sombra was silent letting Luna pour out all her feelings like a waterfall.
 
“I can’t do this Sombra! It hurts so much I can’t understand myself when I’m with you. I’m a mess!” Luna wiped her tears away, she couldn’t let Sombra see what a coward she was. She had to be strong, she had to stay steady….but how could she?
 
“Then why won’t you leave me?” Sombra asked with a soft tone, but like Luna he felt hurt.
 
“Can’t you see? I still love you, I love you to much to just let it go,” said Luna her voice began to break.
 
“I love you” Sombra said after a long silence.
 
Luna burst into a rain pour of tears. How could she easily forget the one that stood by her side even when she was so horrible at times, the one that was the most patient with her, the one that truly understood her good and evil, the one that loved her dearly. The one she loved the most.
 
“D-Don’t say th-that….it hurts,” said Luna. It was true her heart was aching, she missed him dearly. His voice, him looks, him touch everything.
 
Sombra came closer to his partner and tried to help her calm herself from her out burst.
 
“I’m sorry Luna, I’ll never hurt you again. If it helps, I won’t bother you no more,” whispered Sombra. He too loved Luna, but he would do anything to make sure that his love was free from pain. Anything.
 
“No……I can’t take the pain,” whispered Luna back. She started to relax more, her mind felt clearer.
 
If love was pain, then she’ll endured it just to feel the love.
