Choosing this particular scene because Sunset’s color palette went pale right after Starlight mentioned that Twilight and her friends are called away to solve a friendship problem. xD

The darker palette is what she was meant to be throughout.
Her body is slightly ‘faded out’ during most of the depicted scene,
and suddenly normal when the camera refocuses on her again.

No, the non-TV releases of this had color errors. They made human Sunset’s colors paler, not pony Sunset’s.

The darker color is probably closer to what the actual coloring was supposed to be
And yeah, parts of her eyes seem to change sometimes in this part

A lot of female ponies have their eye shape like that. Rarity and Twilight for example, as well as Sunset.
