No, her human colors were desaturated intentionally to match her reformation and new clothes (they were also slightly changed in LoE onwards.)

So does Juniper and Applejacks hair is affected as well as a part of rainbow dashs hair as well.
Series Sunset?
It’s actually hard to not notice. All the yellows in the DVD ones got screwed up. Fluttershy for one looks deathly pale.
