Probably a lighting issue. It’s too reddish to be salmon and too orange-ish to be tuna. We’d have to see it under proper lighting to tell for sure.

I don’t know about the toro. I’m used to that being a lighter color. I think you’re right about the inari, though, rather than the uni I thought it was.

Looks more closer to California rolls to me.
