Either he forgot about it or (not meaning to be morbid) maybe he died or something. Maybe that’s why he hasn’t been uploading and probably why his Patreon hasn’t been paused and/or updated.
That’s exactly what it looks like. His patreon hasn’t been updated since the middle of September (a week or so before the last comic page), and it hasn’t been paused.
That’s 3 payment cycles since then. I fully understand if life issues are pummeling you relentlessly and can’t focus on art/whatnot, but when you’re still pulling money from people expecting some sort of product for supporting you, that’s low.

Not updating your patreon and continuing to pull money in for months when you don’t produce anything is scummy.

There’s been nothing at the moment, and the last thing he posted on his account was his animatic school project from over a month ago.
The last long hiatus he took I believe was from Page 129-130 (January 27) to 131-132 (April 15).
