Yes, she was supposed to give birth to ther daughter Julieta in Octover 21st, however due extraordinary circumstances, most likely the MEga Earthquake of September 19thh, she got into child labor and both of them died.
Hiromi was born in Japan, but was raised in Mexico, she started her career on a reality tv show but later got small roles in soap operas, plays and finally as a Voice Actress.
