New MLP Episode inspired art for my MLP Season 7 Episode Art collection!
Season 7, Episode 21: Marks and Recreation

At first I wasn’t sure what to make, wasn’t really anything that jumped out this episode. But then I realized… circles. Art. It all makes sense now.

So circle making pony it was, something a lot of artists might be able to relate to haha.

Tried to bring back an old specific paint process setting and style from couple years back. Did not quite succeed fully to replicate it, but perhaps that’s partially because of how long ago it was, the colours, and just some muscle memories from newer stuff colliding. Will have to do more experiments on this.

Either way, interesting episode, Gosh darn fillies, though. Rumble Rumble Rumble. But an interesting lesson and take on things. A more two sided take where you just gotta find the right balance to things.
Ah balance, so tricky to achieve, but so important in just about everything. See both extremes, then make your own middle ground, is how I generally look at stuff.
