I believe we are talking about different things. I’m not saying she never snaps. I’m saying the comic seems to focus on just her snapping in some manner.
Personally, no, I don’t see how this Pinkie would sing the Smile Song or back down from a goof off once she feels she’s not making her friend happy with it.

Yes, she can have crazy episodes. The thing is, those are in proportion to her being normal, silly, cheerful Pinkie. Twilight isn’t always how she was during Lesson Zero either, or Applejack as she was during Applebuck Season, or Fluttershy like in Putting Your Hoof Down.
@redweasel
Possible not. I watch the one where she doesn’t go around chloroforming ponies, breaks into a happy song every now and again, and the straight mane is a symbol of depression.
I still think the ratio of creepy Pinkie versus cheerful Pinkie is too lopsided. Unless you’re going for a straight-up alternate universe, one should not feel primarily scared whenever she makes an appearance.
That would explain why my colors are fractured.
you have watched season 0∞ right? wait, what universe are we in? I think I took a wrong turn at 🄰lbuquerue.
I never even wanted to argue that. My point is I wished she un-snapped a little more.
Ok, so maybe she is different but can’t you argue then that she snapped ever since she saw Twilight without her Cutie Mark?

Yes and I’m pretty sure that Pinkie has made a facial expression much like the final panel at least once in the series.
I’m not sure what episode you mean. But let me ask you this: Could you see this Pinkie Pie ever sing the Smile Song?
really? what about in s0∞e√-13? seek to 3 seconds after the ₻

You?
do we even watch the same show……
I ain’t accepting so much as a glass of water from Pinkie when she’s looking like that.
