Theoretically, anything with feathery wings should have a need to preen, but I don’t think we’ve ever seen canonized preening?
The only two images with the “preen” and “screencap” tags are the dragon from Dragonshy when he brushes his spikes, and an edited screencap with Scootaloo that’s been edited to add the preening.
Maybe it’s like bathing - something done off-screen for decency’s sake (even though they’re nudists).
