TV came 40 years later than those other two, or did you forget most arcades until the late 70s were entirely mechanical?  
With the exception of the screen for the arcade machine(which is not how an old-timey screen would have looked, it would have been vellum paper, a projector, and metal figurines), it’s entirely possible to have everything we’ve seen so far around the 1900’s-1920’s. And they probably discovered electricity a whole lot sooner since pegasi can directly interact with it.
 
Til we see a personal computer of some sort or a tv set it’s still pre-Information age.

I don’t know RIG…I have to agree with BP this time.I kinda like the sort of magical medieval feel they had until now.
 
I mean,I have no problems with Movie theaters,but if they start shoving in TVs and PCs it would be way too much.
 
I personally want more magical stuff,more magical gadgets,more spells,more MAGIC.
 
Heck even Magitek could be acceptable.

One thing I really hope they never introduce to the universe is television. For me, part of Equestria’s charm is that ponies spend their free time outside, hanging out with friends or being active, and when indoors they usually read books. Knowing that some ponies just sit indoors and watch some crappy reruns all day would just ruin it. I know it would still remain that most ponies don’t spend their lives like this, but the very fact that they can would be kind of disappointing…

They have any technology that is required for the plot/joke. The only consistency is that they have electricity. How it is used varies from episode to episode.

Techonology in Equestria is based solely on what the writers want. Sometimes it’s medieval, others it’s pretty much par on us on their own term.
 
So yeah, I gave up trying to understand long ago, I just go with Celestia controlling what should be released and leave it at that.
