Well, it’s not Ross’s humanizations really. It’s just sort of my take on all the shitty/weird humanizations. And that Dash has a strong nose and chin, a butch haircut, and a very large cigar.

If this was meant to based off Ross Irvings’ especially then… well half of them don’t add up.  
Pinkie: This is probably the only one that does make total sense. Though I like Pinkie that way. :V  
Twilight: Well… minus the glasses that’s basically pony-Twilight too. Overstudious bookworm who used to have troubles socializing… that’s not really any different. :V  
Rainbow Dash: Ignoring the fact that pretty much every MLP character is treated as lesbian (again, no human exclusive) I hardly see how not dressing in typical girl stuff equals “Grrrr butch!!1”  
AJ: I… actually have yet to see one that was especially buff. If anything an over-the-top redneck stereotype would have worked better. :V  
Fluttershy: I don’t think there’s been anyone other than Ross who made her that tall as a human. And I don’t recall him playing her up as a stoner/hippie. :V  
Rarity: Okay, this one could, COULD have redeemed the image, the way Ross does Rarity is just bizarre. However, if you was going for stereotypes that probably weren’t intended as the others imply, a mime would have been much, much funnier. :V
 
So yeah, I’d have preferred if it really was like Itsthinking thought. :V

Just so you guys know, I’m the one who drew this. It sort of a take-off on the cliches of humanized ponies. Burly AJ, fat Pinkie, nerd Twilight, aristocratic Rarity, hippie Fluttershy, lesbian Dash, and Spike…. Spike.  
I was especially inspired by the humanizations of a pony artist called Ross, who draws characters like this sincerely.  
This that I have drawn is meant to be funny. A parody.
