Yes she is. The best way Twilight can be!
I thought the same thing with the part of her elbow on her left side.
I always thought that the bit that’s there in under her right arm was a part of her wing.
Though looking at it again, that’s probably just her armpit.
Also, even putting aside how hot and super-endowed Twilight is, she looks so cute in this image I’d favorite it just for that.
