Honestly, I kinda like his initial design and the fact his backstory is closer to actual hippogriffs (the union between a horse and a griffon).

Lady of Ships and Birbs
As much as I love Silver Quill’s current design, this one also really appeals to me a ton. It would be neat if he used this design for a review on the movie or the tie in books/comics related to the movie.
