Addendum: The other possibility is simply that the Asks (at least most of those that got posted) were by people who had already guessed what was going on.

These notes are pretty unfair. She’s been randomly saddled with a kid that’s not even hers.
“Look, woman, a baby! It is your top priority, even above your own ambitions!”
 
It isn’t fair, but, as later comics reveal, it has become necessary. Nopony forced Spike on her.
 
So you MIGHT have a point if you are talking about the original Asks that the author builds the comics as responses to (since the reason why Spike ended up with her hasn’t been explained in the comic), but if you mean the comments here, they may be basing it on things learned later.
