Good theory, but it has a lot of plot holes.
 
One: Minuette/Colgate doesn’t even remotely look like the newest doctor.
 
Two: Minuette/Colgate appeared in MLP before the thirteenth doctor appeared in Doctor Who.
 
Third: Doctor Whooves/Time Turner was confirmed to be more of s Doc Brown/Nutty Professor than the Doctor.
 
Fourth: Fans already had a theory that Colgate was the TARDIS due to them both being blue.
 
Fifth: Doctor Who has stated that time-lords, and time travelers in general, cannot travel to a point in time they’ve been. (The only excuses to this rule are instances where an outside source brings them together.)
 
I think there are others, but I can’t think of them, so I will ignore any plot hole not listed.
 
Good theory, as I said, but the storyline alone ruins it. (Darn you, Doctor for being so Wibbly Wobbly, Timey Wimey!)

I think I remember about that now. Regardless, there is a non canon female Thirteen and this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a Time Lord change genders across regenerations in definitely canon material.

I’m not sure if this was the first time a female Doctor was suggested, but the earliest I can think of was in an interview during the fifth Doctor’s run.
