This is the first of a set of 3 commissions asked by red-diamond89, in which he asked for Rarity wearing her beatnik outfit while underwater.
This picture was rather simple despite Rarity being a complex character to design overall. Still, I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out! Plus, I think I got the water effects on the mane a little better than in previous times, so that’s definitely an improvement too!
