Two steadfast young warriors, imprisoned for crimes they hadn’t committed, pawns in the Grand Ruler’s game now free, aware and seeking justice.  
Flash Sentry approaches the resurrected fugitive, promising amnesty if he explains his actions. In the end, there’s no need. Dusk Shine is not there to fight. He comes as a bringer of gifts, bequeathing the pegasus with an ancient blade crafted by the famed Meadowbrook. A weapon capable of combatting Grand Ruler’s powers over the mind and exposing his age-long lie.
 
My first interpretation of Dusk Shine, essentially a kind of Ronin-like figure with as many swords as he can muster and a bizarre set of armour, barding, which keeps him alive until he has fulfilled his oath to see Grand Ruler’s fall.  
The idea came from Shadow of War (Got it for my birthday ) with the Mystic Tribe and its affiliations with longevity and necromancy. A kind of macabre look.  
As for the hair, kind of tried to get a Sephiroth look.
