Its Called Luxation of the Eye, where an Over Lubricated Socket causes it to Bulge or Slip out
Yes but Polycoria is the Official Term for it

Derpy has Hypertropia, while snowdrop had Cataracts.
The eye isnt really falling off. Its an Example of an Over Lubricated eye socket causing the eye to Come out
