Proportions, especially chubbiness/lankiness, definitely seem like things I’d overlook when trying to see my improvements. The slightly off things are definitely the hardest for me to adjust for, though, since they’re hard for me to identify. I think most of that specifically will just have to come from experience. Perhaps I’ll experiment with sightlines of important anatomy pieces as well.
 
And, somehow, I’m not too surprised you like the Twilight image I made. I should draw more Twilight, she’s a good pony.
 
I’ll be sure to try my best to keep it up. If I do slip up, I hope everyone is willing to point out my errors.

Snout size and shape, outline thickness and color, general body part shapes, proportions and anatomy.
 
The hard thing is that it’s very close, but only slightly off in such a way that it’s very hard to pinpoint exactly what’s off, but they tend to look kinda chibby/chubby? Sorry it’s not very helpful. But on the flipside, if it were really bad it’d be easier to identify the issue, hah.
 
I think it may primarily be proportions. Size of the head, limbs, and body and all that. All I can do is to suggest finding similar poses in the show and compare.
 
The one of Twilight falling asleep reading is very good.

Thank you very much! I was a bit on the edge about the shading, but I’m glad it turned out well enough.
 
I’m a bit curious as to what I messed up in the past, and I’m always up for criticism that helps me know where I went wrong. So, if you would be willing, could I hear how I improved since the last images?
 
I don’t want this to feel like a demand, more that if you feel like it, I’d be more than willing to hear it.
