This is adorable. I love that Dashie is so insanely ticklish right beneath her wings. But even so, she’s somehow still able to fly even whilst being tickled quite mercilessly by Scoots blowing raspberries onto her wingpits. :P

Ok, I’m the artist. And I’m not perfect, you know, however, just to clarify, if it’s not obvious, that’s what happens when you have water running over your body:
 
I would do it without the shine or make it less featured on it, but I kinda wanted to make it look like hard water because Scootaloo just got hit by the water baloon, then, this implies the water just got over her head a second ago, and still dripping.
 
And by the way it is, also implies Rainbow Dash almost missed Scootaloo because only her mane and half of her face is wet.
 
Also, if you see on Rainbow Dash, there’s no shines over the water because it’s not dripping. I suppose you guys wanted to see Scootaloo’s wet just like I did on RD’s, but then, this wouldn’t make sense with the scene, that’s why I did it this way.

I do see what that background pony is saying, the water doesn’t have the normal look water should have on one’s head when it does drip or run off. Think of how you’d look getting out of a shower or a pool, would the water look like the artist drew it? I think we could all say no.
