Maybe that’s why some fans are confused and think that G2 has a cartoon.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s actually a reason behind this. A G2 character on a cover for the disc with G1’s tv-series…
A mistake (probably) of those who made this dvd cover but the gorgeus artwork nonetheless.
‘Care Bears’ dvd’s have this type of mistake too.
