I love the way these two look together. I lowkey shipped them in The Cutie Map and when I started to put together my MLP NextGen-verse, I decided to throw them into the mix ^^
Right after I drew this, of course I finally get around to watching the Season 7 episode where you see Night Glider and Party Favor in the background and they are clearly on a date. Oh well. I like her with DD better.
Why do I keep writing couples as huge dorks this is not sophisticated. I can’t stop send help.

Same here, about shipping these two. Mainly because of their interactions in the season 5 premier. When the friendship four are chasing Starlight at the end, and Double Diamond stops to look at his old skis, Night Glider also stops chasing and goes back to make sure DD doesn’t get left behind. And when Starlight charges up an attack spell, Glider hides behind DD.
It’s not much, but it’s more subtext than Vinyl Scratch and Octavia had (until “Slice of Life”).
