I don’t think this is hard to figure out: this fan theory suggest that Cadance is the last member of a race of alicorns that were corrupted into Changelings.

I don’t even remotely see how Cadance is like Javik. maybe if we see an old Flutterpony badass who acts condescending to everyone else, but definitely not Cadance.
 
Though, I’d pay money to see Javik and Cadance together.
