Why Prince Rigel isn’t in the Friendship Academy. Mommy Princess Dream isn’t too happy that her nasty sister Celestia is claiming the kingdom of Equestria has a monopoly on friendship and is where the “others” should come to learn about it. Bat is still sad though… its been a long time since he’s seen Twilight after all!
