Ironically someone in the group is a guy who worked on the Viccy and HoI mod. Hell, he asked for one of my OCs to fill in a leader roll or something for the HoI mod, though I don’t know the date now because she would have needed to be drawn in a style consistent with the rest of the art and I’m limited to vector these days.
I was afraid of that. Let’s hope someone gives it another go sometime. Victoria II, EU IV, and one of Hearts of Iron games all have Pony Mods.

It might be from the game where a player used Glitterhoof to educate their heir and then turned the entire game world into the horse culture by means of conquest.
That said, there are mods that unlock the horse culture in ruler designer. But to my knowledge there are no MLP mods. There is one that’s been in the works for a long time, but so far they haven’t delivered anything playable.
