I’d call Trixie the worst option. There’s a good chance she’d use the Gauntlet to make everyone in Equestria adore her, not realizing that entailed mind control because she hadn’t thought that far ahead. Starlight’s intelligence and (much less significant now) grudge-holding would be a problem if she was still amoral, but she really isn’t. She’s also had the lesson of “be careful with magic” hammered with great force into her head. See the season 7 finale for proof she took the hint there, and see All Bottled Up for proof Trixie didn’t.  
Pinkie Pie’s sweet, but she’s too impulsive and has no experience being in charge of dangerous magical artifacts. Picture this: “Hey, everypony! I spawned a planet-sized box of donuts because really, who doesn’t like donuts? You’re welcome, Equestria!” And then Equestria would get buried in donuts.  
Derpy would enact her dream of becoming the muffin empress, which wouldn’t be so bad, except that she might forget to allow the sun and moon to move or something similarly catastrophic. I don’t want to know what would go wrong.  
Lyra would probably summon an Audrey 2 if Bon Bon said she liked exotic plants.
 
Starlight’s the only one here I can imagine looking at the Gauntlet and deciding “let’s not mess with that”. I hope that makes sense and that we can now leave the argument behind us.
