Please tell me I’m not only one who noticed the drop in coloration in the beach shorts (English version) on YouTube compared to Discovery Family GO releases and International versions (any language but English on YouTube).
 
HASBRO, YOU HAD ONE JOB.
 
And it’s opposite for the first 12 shorts and Forgotten Friendship, English version look more exposed (brightened) compared to DFC releases.
 
Though Choose Your Ending shorts have OG colors on YouTube while darkened on DFC app.
 
What’s worse than the altered coloration? The mono track some shorts (Star Crossed, My Little Shop of Horrors, Fluttershy’s Butterflies [Rainbow Dash] and Part 4 of Forgotten Friendship) suffered from.

Color correction then, I don’t know.  
I’m talking people who’re taking it off on the internet and doing themselves, not the company.  
The company can turn inverted colors for all I care, i’m taking the less than official people

Simple: Official International.
 
As long as the Official International Hasbro uploads it, (not their real name btw) it’s perfectly fine, and the colors don’t get toned down.

I see the differences, and I know why for the coloration difference. YouTube has a copyright checker, if you straight ripped it off of TV then put online, you get a strike. Now if you edited it, very slightly but just enough, then it doesn’t trigger the copyright detection.

It’s possible the English version is using the NTSC colour gamut when exported, that could be effecting the saturation and contrast enough to be noticeable next to versions exported with smaller colour gamuts like PAL, sRGB, or most others, if no compensation is done on the viewing end.
 
I’m no expert on how these things work, just going on my limited knowledge of the standards, so don’t take my word for it.

I have an extreme attention to detail and I only barely see the difference at all. Seems quite negligible to me, at least compared to that audio issue you mentioned.
