The only question I had is why Spike and Twilight needed a stronger bond before she could do that. Is it just because their bond reminded her of herself and woke her up or is there a deeper meaning behind it?
Either way I’m intrigued by this mystery.
Nebula’s desire of being a mother led her to kidnap Spike into her own fantasy so she could live the life she dreamt with. She wanted to be a mother so bad that she just took another one’s child. Nebula is very conscious of what she is doing, she just doesn’t care.
I think she’s trying to live the events of her old life, but can’t quite make it fit. so she’s trying to fix it, but her facade is gonna keep on slipping until she loses it again.
I mean she just consumed him in shadow blood fire, so if she wanted to corrupt him, I don’t think she’d have to feed him food… it’s just what she remembers she did for the other dragon.
Before getting kidnapped possessed!Spike said the ghost didnt bother him or Twilight before because of “a weak bond.” Implying it wanted or needed the two of them to become closer before it could act. Yet now Spike has lost his memories of his pony friends?
A part of me wonders if there might be multiple ghosts at work here with conflicting goals…
