I assume you are referring to glittershell in the ask glittershell blog. The blog is fairly ambiguous at the moment as to whether glitter is actually trans/gender dysphoric or just likes cross dressing/appearing feminine. Personally I head canon glitter as trans, but only the blog author knows the definitive answer to that question. They wont answer that question until the story gets to where it needs to be or the author is ready to do so. They may possibly never do so. Until then people can view the character however they want to. This was probably an unnecessarily long answer but there you go.
