I’m guessing you’re not familiar with the Operation board game. It’s powered by batteries, and depicts a man laying down on an operating table in a pose similar to how Skellinore’s posed in this image. There are holes in the picture, with a plastic object in each hole, shaped like that hole. A player takes a card from the deck, and the objective is to use the connected tweezers to take the object from the respective hole without touching an edge. If someone touches an edge of a hole, the game makes a buzzing sound.
