I loved the idea of him but like, i didn’t like the first design i gave him;;;; and i didn’t want to just kill the character off, so i ended up re-designgin!
Vocal fuse is a reverse trap!

it’s confusing, because in the blog for this picture, the artist refers to him as “him.”
 
so I think redxbacon’s saying that he identifies himself as female, but she doesn’t identify him (her creation) as female? which is totally fine, I mean. pronouns suck, plus what good is a reverse trap if you have to put “she” and “her” in your description of them?
 
plus identifying as female doesn’t mean you can’t take advantage of how everyone thinks you’re a guy…

Ah i looked at their blog and it said that vocal fuse is a ‘very masculine mare that crossdresses convincingly but does not identify as male’ so i guess just ‘very attractive butch mare’, which honestly, love that <3

I can’t speak for the artist, but I think Vocal Fuse may have originally been a stallion, but was turned into a masculine mare with the redesign.
