The Flurry War was an event that could occur if flurryheart chooses the dark side, believing herself a god. Redd kept himself out of the resulting war, but the worst part of the war found him. Twilight Sparkle attempts to stop Flurry and the clashing of spells results in a massive explosion that obliterates half of the Everfree forest. Redd pulls himself from the crater… what’s left of him at least, onward he drags himself before passing out on Starlight Glimmer’s front step. Panicked, Starlight rushes Redd to Dr Whooves’s home. Whooves puts Redd back together as best he can. When Redd awoke, he found that most of his extremities were resplaced with mechanical parts. It was at this moment that Redd took part in the war. Revenge now fuels the half mechanical Colt as he swats Flurryheart’s forces aside like toys.
