Please. People passive-aggressively whine about stuff like shipping in the exact way you asked that question all the time. For all I know, this continued dialogue could be one long instance of it, but I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt at this point.
 
My point is: in the future, you should be clearer about your intentions. If you want to be the tag police when you assume you’re seeing implied shipping, then say: “Hi, tag police here, I think there might be some implied shipping in this image, but I’m not sure. Could you clarify your intentions so I can correct the tags if needed? kthxbyeomglolbbq”

Why the hell would I want to do that? Not only would it be a waste of my time to state that on an image I could filter out, it would be breaking rule 4.

The problem is in the way you asked. You did not state that your intention was only to make sure that the tags are correct. Perhaps that is a reason people might think is implied.
 
But another easily inferred reason is that you’re here to whine about implied shipping. There’s certainly compelling evidence toward that implication: the fact that you’re anon, the phrasing of your initial question, and the fact that the implication in question is shipping between two major characters of the same gender are strong indicators.
 
I find it highly amusing that you’re playing tag police regarding implications and yet you fail to tag your own intentions, thus causing others to mistake your intentions.
 
And on that note, no, it’s not an odd assumption at all. You’ve stated outright that you dislike implied shipping, and you are here playing tag police, so you must suspect this piece of implying shipping. QED

That’s a really odd assumption. The picture is fairly ambiguous in whether or not it’s shipping, so why is it a problem for me to ask the uploader what their intention was?
