Now… HOLD ON. Wait a second. The Pie sisters… as the DIAMONDS from Steven Universe?! Yep. This idea just randomly popped into my head one night so I decided I’d draw it. Because… why not?
 
~ Now just because I have Maud cosplaying as White Diamond DOES NOT mean I believe she’s abusive or lacks empathy. That’s something that makes Maud more likable unlike White Diamond. I just decided to have her be White Diamond because of the fact that both characters aren’t very in tune with their emotions (don’t seem to show too much emotion normally at least and sound fairly robotic) and both of them can be fairly sarcastic in their own unique ways.
 
~ Limestone and Yellow both have very similar character traits. Limestone like Yellow can get angry fairly easily and likes to be in control and have power over many situations. I’d imagine too that like Yellow, Limestone would blame herself for Pink’s shattering if she were in her place and would be willing to fight before she’d be willing to talk. When Limestone and Yellow are both calm, however, they can be great individuals to talk to and hang around.
 
~ Marble and Blue both seem to be fairly sensitive individuals in their own ways although with Marble it’s just general shyness and muteness while with Blue it’s crying and mourning a lot. I thought that like Blue, however, Marble would be more gentle and frail because she’s clearly shown to be her sister Limestone’s bitter opposite just as Blue and Yellow seem to be bitter opposites.
 
~ Pinkie Pie… as Pink Diamond. Yes. Although Pinkie Pie hasn’t done anything nearly as bad as Pink Diamond, Pink and Pinkie Pie both have two sided personalities. Both can be selfish at times, both can be childish, but both love to laugh a lot, they are fascinated by the smallest things, and are able to be motherly and kind too. Pinkie like Pink would be one to shy away from responsibility at first too. However, unlike Pink Diamond, Pinkie Pie is more interested in pleasing others for a living while Pink Diamond was forced into a life that she clearly didn’t want to be born into and was trying to escape that life to please herself and Pearl. Pinkie Pie like Pink Diamond would also prefer to be free of royal duties if she were to be born into having to do that.
