Most of mlp is done In flash. They keep hundreds of stock models. Celestial has a unique set of body and head models and they used clearly used them with Karin features added on. So yes even though I like the design she is literally a recolor with just a few premade bits added on.

She hardly a recolor. The only thing they have common is height, and are ruker/leaders. That is it.
