You’ve predicted the future.

I have to wonder about this whole Cozy-Glow-is-evil-and-deserves-to-be-in-Tartarus thing. If you’ve got a pessimistic outlook that’s being validated, where do you go with that?

it would be amazing if the show writers had some xanatos gambit going, and this wasn’t just a thing like “you should’ve stuck with pinkie pie. now you’ve got a real psycho for a roomie!” that they just threw in to show how evil she was.
 
but I mean… what was cozy’s plan if she succeeded? because she almost succeeded. it’s not a xanatos gambit if you’re not winning when you win, as well as when you lose. and if cozy somehow knew she would fail, what was she trying to do? make that weird rainbow appear again? what good could that possibly serve her? it brought the disparate friends closer together, established a more accepting culture in equestria, and strengthened the kingdom in general, as existential threats like that will do. so if this was all according to plan, is… cozy a villain at all? everything she did seems to have helped everypony and everycreature out tremendously.

Not yet. This was just phase one.

Not quite the Season 9 tie in I was expecting, or hoping for - but I think I like it, because of how many implications there are. Let’s hope it A) leads to the “Sinister Six” team-up I know we’ve ALL been waiting for, and B) that it ties in with Grogar, and his emergence.:)
