Description
Strange how the first character I make was going to be a unicorn, but actually making a character that is a unicorn takes forever.
• Flowerlocks works with her parents as a florist.
• Though she has a lot of knowledge concerning flowers, she takes more interest in herbs and medicinal plants.
• She is quite hot-headed and is prone to rash decisions.
• Flowerlocks keeps a secret bunker under her parents’ shop where she experiments with mixing potions.
• Outside of family life, Flowerlocks keeps her distance from anything she deems too cutesy.
• She had long pigtails in her mane and a braided tail as a filly.
• Flowerlocks works with her parents as a florist.

She didn’t cut it initially. She wandered into the Everfree forest looking for herbs to use in one of her early potions when she fell down a steep cliff to a stream. Some thorny vines caught her when she landed and struggling to get free tore off the long pigtails she used to have. After finding a bright yellow flower that would become her cutie mark she caught her reflection in the water; she was shocked to begin with, but the look grew on her and she came to prefer it over the pig-tailed look and she’s been replicating it since then.
