  1. I blame having just woken up and not having soaked my central nervous system with caffeine. So 250 watts.  
  2. I’m assuming the ratings are what we’re going by. He’s rated for 5 andahalf V and (speculated for an adult) 50,000mAh. Since this is the magical land of Electrestia we don’t need to worry about voltage sagging with discharge over time.

  1. why 5.5V? USB runs at exactly 5V and Cars at 12-14V  
  2. they are not directly convertible as Battery Capacity (Ah) and Power (VA) are completely different. without knowing the Voltage you cannot convert one to the other.

Actually watts and horsepower are directly convertible units, since both describe power. In an electrical context 746w=1hp, by definition.  
50Ah at 5.5V is 275 Watts for one hour. So he can deliver almost a third of a horsepower for an hour, or if you really need to push him, a full horsepower for approximately 21 minutes before tuckering out. Probably not healthy for him to exert himself so much for a prolonged period, though. There… might be fire…
