I engraved this with a little battery powered (so one can engrave outside and not have all the resulting dust at home) dremel. That dremel sure is a nice thing to have. Since I got it in spring I engraved regular glass, slate, soapstone and wood as well with it.

I don’t have a laser engraver. Only started doing this very recently (this is my third project) and one can see that I am somewhat experimenting with different engraving patterns.
Trying out a laser engraving device would be interesting to try one out, but I don’t have a lot of money so before I would consider getting one I would try to talk to someone with experience with laser engravers to maybe get some helpful advise on what to pay attention to when getting a laser engraver.

Sadly I don’t have one too, and something like this is not really possible with a 3d printer :D
A laser engraver/cutter is on my wishlist too, helps a alot if you do DIY projects like this :P
