Exactly. This is escapist entertainment. As in something people go to to get away from real life. Right Marvel Comics, Star Trek: Discovery, DICE, Arkane Studios, Star Wars Sequel trilogy era, Doctor Who, NFL, Telltale, Mass Effect: Andromeda, etc, etc?

They should separate politics and entertainment. Put the politic far away from entertainment and lock them in a room.
Welcome to the new era of politics from Gamergate to today. The left is trying to push it into everything and everyone, they look for any reason to complain, and the more they succeed, the more they do stupid stuff like this.
Oh wait.
Sadly even 4-5 years ago I was seeing this sort of thing cropping up with GamerGate and the transformation of college/university culture.
