Ok i’m not really into harem manga… or manga at all. The only manga i ever read was Ranma 1/2 and that’s only partially harem based.
 
Now since i’m not really up to date with them then i find the jokes funny.  
It’s like seeing a meme for the first (or several) time.  
It’s funny untill you end up seeing it everywhere.
 
So is the manga hitting every possible ecchi trope possible?  
Maybe but ince i’m not familiar with them they remain funny for me.
 
As for Dusk acting nothing like Twilight… dunno he seems to be pretty in line with her and the entire comic untill now covers about 14 minutes of the first episode so it’s not like the fanfic writer of the artist had much to work with anyway.

Meh, not all harem anime/manga is bad, it’s all how it handles it really.  
I don’t like a number of them but the ones I do handle it in a way it’s enjoyable to me.
 
Tenchi Muyo, none of the girls are really a “normal” option also I love Washuu, it’s where I get to idea for the mad scientist thing from.
 
Love Hina from the fact it’s clear it’s focuses more on the main two that will get together.
 
Dokuro-Chan, look it up, it’s short and doesn’t even seem like a harem even with a number of jokes that are the norm for a harem anime, it’s crazy.
 
Hayate the Combat Butler, the main character is aware of some of the girls that like him but tries to not lead them on, and all the parodying and stuff going on in it too.
 
Negima, the harem parts bug me at times but the character Negi is ten with all the girls older then him so it’s funny with how innocent but there is just as much focus on everything else.

and i don’t get the “Dusk doesn’t act like Twilight” thing, i mean, fusk is a boy, Twilight is a girl…both are suppose to act a little different from each other.

The reason I don’t like this story is because Dusk acts nothing like Twilight…at all. The entire story just seems like a generic “every mane 6 fall in love with my OC”.
