Mlp in a nutshell

When Doug originally said this, his examples of “the cute one” were Slimer (the Ghostbusters), Orko (the Masters of the Universe) and Snarf (the Thundercats), and he was saying this in relation to Zipper’s role in the Rescue Rangers.
 
Slimer, Orko, Snarf and Zipper count as “the non-human” (or, in Snarf and Zipper’s cases, “the more animal-like than the other animals”) of their teams.
 
THAT is why I chose Spike.
 
And the reason why I didn’t do the Ponies is because in THAT team, Twilight Sparkle is both “the leader” and “the inventor”.

I’d say change Spike to Fluttershy, she’s cuter and has much more screentime
