You don’t have to tell me. I know the scientific facts about the end of the world (or rather the lack of it) and since when does the end of a Calender tells something about the end of the world? Does the world end on 31.12 each year? No!
I guessed as much. Almost every tv station, newspaper and so on use it wrong.
