Still, I hope the bad guy pays for his crimes, but it’s a shame others have to pay for them too.
Especially, ‘cause as mentioned the Tumblr adult content filters are so flawed, they’re even banning completely clean images, or just harmless “PG13 “ level stuff, and such, so even cleaner SFW artists are suffering.
Heck, the filters would probably consider Cleo from “Heathcliff,” or something as “adult content” too.
Blame that guy on the news. He posted thousands of teenage porn on his Tumblr website and there was another news of a teenage girl who was just found alive 10 years after going missing on the news at the same time there was news about the guy on Tumblr with teenage porn.
Turns out the news were both about the SAME GUY so parents all over the world got very angry about it and blamed Tumblr for the kidnapping because they didn’t do anything to stop that guy from posting teenage porn on their website. So to save their asses from more future public damage Tumblr banned ALL porn from their website and not just teenage porn.
That’s why any type of porn isn’t allowed on Tumblr anymore. Not even fanart.

your current filter.I saw somebody screenshot a clean image of Isabelle from Animal Crossing, & SSBU that was flagged as inappropriate on Tumblr just because the user joked she was a “harlot.”
Said image was her official SSBU rendering unaltered.
Not only are there low standards for what is considered “adult content” but they are using some kind of automated program instead of manually deleting the images.
The program is so bad that someone here pointed out that even the announcement post for them deleting the “adult content” was itself flagged as “inappropriate content”.
As for DeviantArt, despite the name, it has never really allowed anything that adult (or at least in recent years, I don’t know about the past). The most you can get away with under the “Mature Content” disclaimer on DeviantArt is nudity. No sexual acts are allowed at all.

Wouldn’t that be pretty much half of it?
Not really into that stuff, but I’ve accidentally seen gross stuff on Tumblr that makes DeviantArt, and such look clean in comparison.
I have mixed feelings on that, as a supporter of free speech, and such, so it’s a bummer for artists whom just do tasteful stuff, and some people have low standards on what qualifies as “adult.”
Tumblr has decided to ban all adult content on their site.
